At Buck, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at buck-outdoor@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  2. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided

Exchanges

If you need a different size , email us at buck-outdoor@outlook.com with your order number and we'll arrange an exchange for you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the item within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at buck-outdoor@outlook.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund.
